We are all targets. The 'fog of war' has crept into cyber functions that directly access organizational leadership.

Observations of the cyber landscape led us to examine innovative ideas surrounding hybrid warfare, information warfare, information operations, soft power, cognitive warfare, psychological operations, disinformation, and influence operations. We see psychological operations as a function within cognitive warfare with specific attributes.
